In 2010 David Scholl formed Vintage Partners, a real estate development and investment company, with several partners. Prior to forming Vintage Partners, Scholl was with Westcor. As senior vice president of development for Westcor, Scholl oversaw ground-up development and redevelopment for Macerich’s Arizona portfolio. A 40-year resident of Phoenix, Scholl was with Westcor for 24 years and has been active in the southwest US real estate market for more than 27 years. Rob is a former Army officer who served in Operation Enduring Freedom in 2006.  He is a 1997 graduate of the United States Military Academy where he majored in Economics and branched Field Artillery. During his tour in Afghanistan, Rob served as a Project Manager for the Corps of Engineers overseeing construction projects and project site selection throughout Afghanistan.
