In 2010 David Scholl formed Vintage Partners, a real estate development and investment company, with several partners. Prior to forming Vintage Partners, Scholl was with Westcor. As senior vice president of development for Westcor, Scholl oversaw ground-up development and redevelopment for Macerich’s Arizona portfolio. A 40-year resident of Phoenix, Scholl was with Westcor for 24 years and has been active in the southwest US real estate market for more than 27 years.
