
Charley Freericks is PresidentĀ of DMB Associates, Inc., a community developer based in Arizona. DMB emphasizes the core values of Profit, Partnership, Legacy and Fun, and endeavors to leave a lasting legacy enjoyed and appreciated by future generations. Mr. Freericks is a member of the company’s Executive Committee and Executive Leadership Team, which is the group of leaders responsible for the strategic direction, growth, and operation of the company. As an executive leader of DMB’s Organization and Talent functions he is responsible for a team of people who lead and manage the organizational design, staffing and development of DMB, its corporate support functions, project management teams, people and company culture objectives.
Prior to joining DMB Charley served as president of Talley Realty Group, a real estate development and finance division of Talley Industries, Inc. (NYSE), where he worked from 1989 to 1996. His background in real estate also includes serving as Senior Marketing Consultant for Grubb & Ellis Commercial Brokerage Services in Phoenix.
A full-member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), Mr. Freericks is a member and vice- chairman of the Recreational Development Council (Gold Flight). He is a board member and immediate past Chairman of Valley Partnership, a non-profit real estate industry organization which advocates responsible development; he is a member and Chairman of the Arizona Advisory Board of the Trust for Public Land (TPL), a national land conservancy specializing in Land for People; additionally, he is the Chairman of the Board for Fighter Country Partnership, and an Honorary Wing Commander, 56th Fighter Wing, a program administered by Fighter Country Partnership, a premier community support organization for Luke Air Force Base.
Originally from Fairbanks, Alaska Mr. Freericks now resides in Scottsdale, Arizona with Cathy his wife of 25 years and two teenage children. He holds undergraduate and masters degrees in Business Administration from Arizona State University.
