Turkeys to TroopsAZ Heroes to Hometowns is working behind the scenes to provide our injured/wounded warriors, deployed military families, Guard, Reserves, and active duty military with a Thanksgiving dinner for their families. AZ Heroes to Hometowns has entered a partnership with local food banks to support military families for this upcoming Thanksgiving season.

To have a successful project, AZ Heroes to Hometowns is in need of $10 grocery gift cards or monetary donations for a turkey or ham for Thanksgiving dinner to complete the food boxes. Donations of grocery gift cards and checks can be mailed to: AZ Heroes to Hometowns, P.O. Box 31646, Mesa, AZ 85275. For your convenience, PayPal is also being utilized for donations; information can be located at www.azheroestohometowns.org.

AZ Heroes to Hometowns hopes you decide to join them in the crusade to collect 2,400 gift cards ($10 each) to help military families this Thanksgiving season.

Donations are needed by Nov. 1 to allow time to purchase the grocery gift cards and deliver them to the six Arizona locations to be distributed along with the food boxes.

Call or e-mail if you need additional information to Kathy Pearce, President, AZ Heroes to Hometowns, at 480-330-1632, or e-mail kathypearce1@cox.net.
