By participating in this raffle through purchase of a raffle ticket, you are agreeing to all of the following statements, terms and conditions:

These Official Contest Rules may not be waived, modified, or supplemented except in writing by Fighter Country Partnership, Inc. (FCP). No modification of these official contest rules shall be enforceable unless made in writing by FCP.

Grand Prize: 2009 Toyota Prius automobile, delivered by Avondale Toyota Automotive at the final drawing to be held at Avondale Toyota on March 31st, 2010 AND an additional $7,710.00 to aid in the payment of taxes and fees. This is a package deal and cannot be separated. Winner will be contacted. There is no requirement to be present to win. There will be no cash substitution made by FCP for the value of the car. All other tax, title, licensing fees, etc. will be the responsibility of the winner.

FCP’s obligation to hold the final drawing is contingent upon FCP selling at least 2,000 raffle tickets prior to March 31, 2010. If FCP sells less than 2,000 tickets by such time, the final drawing will be cancelled and refunds in the amount of the ticket price will be issued to all participants.

Last date of sales will be when 4,000 tickets are sold or 03/31/10, whichever comes first.

Each ticket shall be entered separately in the drawing when purchased. Each ticket has a separate and equal chance (i.e., 1/4,000 or 1/total lesser number of tickets sold). Multiple tickets purchased will increase the odds of winning.

The entire raffle will be verified on behalf of FCP by Schneider & Haney, CPA, an independent, ineligible party to the drawing.

Notification of the winner will be made by telephone and e-mail on April 1, 2010.

Participants must be at least 18 years old. Winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility at the discretion of the drawing administrator or FCP. No employee, board member or individual contractor of FCP, or any of their immediate family members may participate in this raffle. Moreover, no employee of Avondale Toyota or any of their immediate family members may participate. Immediate family members include spouse; child; adopted or step-child; brother, sister, mother or father.

Tickets will be sold through FCP Board Members, authorized FCP employees, and authorized FCP volunteers. If you are coming to FCP Offices located in the Credit Union West offices at Luke Air Force Base, please call ahead of time as the number of raffle tickets is limited as noted above. The FCP phone number is (623) 882-2191. You may also purchase tickets on-line by going to www.fightercountry.org and clicking on Raffle. Finally, you may purchase tickets from authorized representatives at specified FCP events. Calendar of events are available online.

Due to postal regulations, raffle ticket stubs cannot be returned by mail, should you buy your tickets on-line. Accordingly, an authorized representative from FCP shall complete the ticket by filling in the name, address, phone number and e-mail address before dropping the ticket in the raffle barrel at FCP Office. Therefore, please ensure that you correctly give your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address so that we may contact you if you are the winner. A receipt of purchase will be emailed to you.

The winner must have two forms of identification, one of which must be a photo ID, in order to prove he/she is the person on the winning ticket. The winner must claim his/her prize in person.

FCP assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, illegible or non-delivered entries. Any mutilated, incomplete or illegible entries will be deemed invalid and shall be immediately disqualified. The winner is solely responsible for all taxes, registration, title, transfer fees, license duties, documents, insurance and all expenses and documentation required in claiming, registering, receiving, owning and using the Prize. This may include income, sales, and property taxes. FCP has no liability with regard to taxes and fees for the vehicle.

In the event the Toyota Prius is lost, damaged, destroyed, or otherwise not available, FCP’s liability shall be limited to refund of ticket price to participants. FCP’s liability for any other rightful claim is limited to refund of ticket price.

By purchasing a ticket, the winner agrees to the use by FCP of his or her name, photograph(s) and/or videotape likenesses and statements for publicity purposes and to sign a publicity release without any further compensation.

FCP reserves the right to cancel this raffle contest at any time, in which event its liability is limited to refund of ticket price to participants.
