Honorary Commander & FCP Board Member Spotlight: Mr. Robert William MacGregor

Robert William MacGregor, CPA Credit Union West President & Chief Executive OfficerFighter Country Partnership is proud to feature Robert MacGregor, President and Chief Executive Officer of Credit Union West.  He is an alumni member of the Honorary Commanders Program and board member of Fighter Country Partnership.  Mr. MacGregor was assigned to the 56th Comptroller Squadron at Luke Air Force Base from 2008-2010.

Bob started at the credit union as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer in 1998.  He was promoted to the position of Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer in 2004, and Senior Executive Vice President in 2008. Bob was promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer on October 1, 2009.

Dina Steinberg, the Chief of Human Resources at Banner Estrella Medical Center

This month, The Fighter Country Partnership newsletter is highlighting Dina Steinberg, the Chief of Human Resources at Banner Estrella Medical Center. Dina has been on the FCP Board of Directors for a year, and has made tremendous contributions to our organization, through her efforts as a board liaison for FCP’s Top Ten list. She has served as a strong advocate for base programs that directly support the men, women, and families of Luke Air Force Base.

Ms. Steinberg has a strong military background. Her father, as well as her two brothers, retired from service in the Air Force. Dina attended Luke AFB Elementary school from grades 1-5 when she was a child.

A member of Fighter Country Partnership’s Board since 2008, and its current Fund Raising Development Chair, Rick is responsible for creating varying revenue streams for the organization.  He has been active on the Board focusing on the organization’s centric goals of supporting the service personnel, families and mission of Luke Air Force Base. Director – Robert Schramm

Rob is a former Army officer who served in Operation Enduring Freedom in 2006.  He is a 1997 graduate of the United States Military Academy where he majored in Economics and branched Field Artillery. During his tour in Afghanistan, Rob served as a Project Manager for the Corps of Engineers overseeing construction projects and project site selection throughout Afghanistan. Rob currently serves as the Director of Development for Kitchell Development Company.
