Fighter Country Partnership is proud to feature Robert MacGregor, President and Chief Executive Officer of Credit Union West. He is an alumni member of the Honorary Commanders Program and board member of Fighter Country Partnership. Mr. MacGregor was assigned to the 56th Comptroller Squadron at Luke Air Force Base from 2008-2010.
Bob started at the credit union as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer in 1998. He was promoted to the position of Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer in 2004, and Senior Executive Vice President in 2008. Bob was promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer on October 1, 2009.

In 2010 David Scholl formed Vintage Partners, a real estate development and investment company, with several partners. Prior to forming Vintage Partners, Scholl was with Westcor. As senior vice president of development for Westcor, Scholl oversaw ground-up development and redevelopment for Macerich’s Arizona portfolio. A 43-year resident of Phoenix, Scholl was with Westcor for 24 years and has been active in the southwest US real estate market for more than 30 years. This month, The Fighter Country Partnership newsletter is highlighting Dina Steinberg, the Chief of Human Resources at Banner Estrella Medical Center. Dina has been on the FCP Board of Directors for a year, and has made tremendous contributions to our organization, through her efforts as a board liaison for FCP’s Top Ten list. She has served as a strong advocate for base programs that directly support the men, women, and families of Luke Air Force Base.
Ms. Steinberg has a strong military background. Her father, as well as her two brothers, retired from service in the Air Force. Dina attended Luke AFB Elementary school from grades 1-5 when she was a child.

Mike is the Associate General Counsel, Nuclear and Commercial, at Pinnacle West Capital Corporation, and its principal subsidiary, Arizona Public Service Company (“APS”). In this role, Mike advises the APS Chief Nuclear Officer and his senior management team on a broad spectrum of issues related to the operation and maintenance of the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station. Bob joined Sunbelt Holdings as Vice President in January of 2007. He spent five years managing operations at the Vistancia Master Planned Community. He currently offices in Goodyear and oversees the development of the PVl303 Industrial Park as well as various other residential and commercial properties in the Southwest Valley. Tamie Fisher, Deputy Aviation Director for the City of Phoenix Aviation Department, has been in government service for 10 years. She is currently responsible for all real estate and business transactions at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, Phoenix Deer Valley Airport and Phoenix Goodyear Airport.
