Are you a vendor with questions on how to participate or wish to apply to become an approved vendor? Continue reading below.

  • Rates are guidelines and will vary based on what each vendor is selling, whether the group is a nonprofit and what you are doing at your booth.
  • Upon receiving your application, Airshow Management will follow up directly.

Please keep in mind that completion of the application does not guarantee a space at the show. Further, please note that prices denoted for spaces are guidelines. The final price for your space will depend on the items you are selling and whether or not your organization is a nonprofit.

FAQs

  1. When is Luke Days? Luke Days is scheduled for March 21-22, 2020.
  2. Who is scheduled to perform? At this time, the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds are confirmed as the headliners for both days. There will be a variety of other civilian and military aerial demonstrations and we will continue to update this list as we get confirmations.
  3. Will all gates will be open during Luke Days? At this time we are still finalizing the logistics to provide the best access and maintain the safety and security of our flightline. As we get new information, we will post updates.
  4. What items are prohibited or not allowed on base? The safety and security our guests, the Airmen of Luke and our flightline are priority one for us. A list of prohibited items is available by following this link Prohibited items.
  5. Will there be shuttle buses available as in previous years? Yes. We are currently working to coordinate this and will post updated information as it becomes available.
  6. Where can I park? We are finalizing the parking plan and will post updated information as it becomes available.
