Dear Blue Blazers and Friends,

We’re excited to invite you to our BlazerBox Holiday Packing Event on Thursday, November 13th, starting at 5:00 p.m. at the Subaru Superstore of Surprise—one of Fighter Country Foundation’s proud partners.

This special evening will bring together our Blue Blazers, Subaru volunteers, and community supporters to assemble 640 care packages for the 320 deployed Airmen of the 56th Fighter Wing and the 944th Fighter Wing. Each Airman will receive both a food package and a hygiene package, thoughtfully prepared to remind them that their Fighter Country family is thinking of them during the holidays.

As part of the event, we’ll also be writing personal notes of thanks and holiday cheer—messages to let our Airmen know that their families are supported, and their service is deeply appreciated. Each BlazerBox can be personalized with Fighter Country Foundation stickers, adding a genuine touch to any package.

Our friends from Packages From Home will help organize the setup to ensure a smooth and efficient process, while Rudy’s Bar-B-Q will generously provide food for all our volunteers. Additionally, Subaru Superstore of Surprise will have volunteers joining us from their Share the Love Campaign, and—depending on government shutdown—we may also be joined by leadership representatives from both wings to help send packages to their troops downrange.

This is a meaningful opportunity to come together as a Fighter Country family and show our deployed service members that we’ve got their backs this holiday season.
